It is very convenient, clean and next to the waterfalls(9 mins away). I would recommend for family since room comes with small kitchen space and two rooms. Importantly bf was amazing

Very friendly atmosphere, we were greeted with coffee and sweets after a long way.
The personal is polite and friendly, helped with all questions we had.

Breakfast was soo good! beautiful hotel, very nice staff and cute decorations. we enjoyed everything they were so kind and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly when available
We arrived late after a flight into Salzburg. The place was not the easiest to find, and certainly not reachable without a car. Once we self checked in, we found that our room had no baby cot which we requested at the time of booking. No one was contactable and we ended up spending most of the night making sure our 10 month old did not get hurt. Additionally, it was a warm night and the rooms are not air conditioned( which is fine) but even a table fan was not available
The next day, all issues were rectified by attentive staff but it was a very difficult first night
