The modern design and ambience.
The kids playroom.
Air conditioning in the room didn't work well enough. Possibly user error but the room was too hot.

We loved our stay at Harry’s. Very comfortable beds, clean and great value for money. The kids were entertained in the kids’ room for hours in the evenings after skiing all day, while we watched them from the bar/restaurant area.

Some food residue on the sofa in bedroom,
glass was chipped and not replaced,
service point (level 4) lacked tea and coffee,
breakfast rather basic

It is very close to the train station, the staff were very nice, they helped us a lot.
The basil drink was awesome, almost like drinking a pesto pasta.
