This hotel is in a prime location—less than a five-minute walk to the metro, with plenty of fantastic bakeries and restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I loved the thoughtful perks, like free unlimited hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) and filtered water. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortably firm mattress. I'm extremely pleased with my stay and highly recommend it!

If you’re in town for anything at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, this is the play. I was here for an esports event and the hotel is genuinely across the street from the venue entrance — no metro, no cab, no early alarm, you just walk out the door. The Metro 12 entrance is right there too, so the rest of Paris is easy.
I booked two days before the event and expected to get gouged. Instead the price was completely reasonable, which almost never happens that close to a big event at this location.
What stood out:
• Air conditioning that actually works. Rare at this price point in Paris and it made the stay.
• Reception staffed 24/7 — genuinely useful when you’re getting back late from the venue.
• Unlimited filtered water and coffee, help yourself whenever.
• Daily housekeeping, and an elevator.
• Spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was modern and well lit with a good shower.
• Everything you need is next door: grocery store, kebab shop, a 24/7 Subway for late nights.
Everything was perfect; it is a shame that people love nitpicking in reviews and ruining the property rating. Don't listen to them.

Friendly staff. Small but clean and inviting lobby. Breakfast options were a bit limited but very nice. Coffee and water stations accessible in lobby 24/7 was much appreciated!! The building is old but quaint. The spiral staircase was unique.
Location was not ideal despite what other reviewers state. Lots of traffic and 1-way streets, so not easy to get around even by taxi or short distances. The metro is confusing and some locations were inaccessible. It looked like the carpet in our room may have previously caught fire as it appeared to be singed. The room was very small and the rest of the carpet was horribly stained; we wouldn’t let our bare feet touch it. After our stay I notified the property about the carpet hoping for some sort of compensation but didn’t receive any other than an apology. The bathroom is also very tight…no room to place toiletries. The elevator is only big enough for 1 person+1 bag. I would not recommend for families with small children or mobility devices. The pictures in the booking app are a bit deceiving.
