Excellent all round!

Excellent hotel, modern design, clean rooms. Good facilities and excellent staff that went above and beyond to help. Excellent food.

This hotel has lost some of its sparkle post Covid but it’s still has a great bar, food and spa/po

The breakfast was so so, I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, and the reason that I rebooked was the amazing breakfast buffet that used to have.

Terribly rude and aggressive host at the entrance. He was constantly coming up and checking on what you touch what you picked up and being very rude about it to the point where I had to say something to the other staff members who were actually nice. They should fire this guy!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating to me as a traveller on crutches; service was of very high quality. Breakfast staff helped bring me food from the buffet. Cleaning staff helped place a shower stool. I was given a room close to the lift door.

Enjoyable stay, everything we’d hoped for and was closer to the tourist attractions than we thought.

Location was great and our children loved the pool and breakfast.

Really friendly helpful staff, easy to get into centre of Paris. Good place to stay.

Staff were great, room was clean & comfortable, bearing in mind the location the noise from traffic etc was barely noticable

A bit disappointed with the pool - it was one of the reasons we booked - was expecting a decent swimming pool for an early morning swim but it only opened 11am and too small for swimming!

the bathroom was not cleaned correctly I left makeup in the sink and same makeup stain was there all weekend. bedroom is not vacuumed nor dusted. iron is useless. no telephone in the rooms. fridge was not working. just basic 4 star hotel

not everything was clean ,my room had some dusty places and the pool wasn’t open after 12. the parking is difficult to get out

Fabulous location, rooms and staff. Near to Expo, tram, train, restaurants - ideal place

Fabulous location next to the Expo centre. Really helpful staff and comfortable and clean rooms. Good cocktail bar and restaurants and tram or trian nearby too

The pool facilities were great. The current in the main pool meant you had a good work out. Breakfast buffet was good and the view into the unopened pool was pretty cool

We went for breakfast and the gentleman on the desk spoke little English. We were interrupted whilst eating about 10 times about the bill we'd paid at reception. We just wanted to eat our breakfast

Location is far from the main objective from Paris

Two things I didn’t like it First the hotel is taking 100 euros for deposit each night is you are booking through booking . Com web site and I had to call the to get my money back Second no balcony in the room

great hotel for a Paris stay with the family

location was good and hotel was clean and worked well for our family - definitely take a family room on the ground floor - nice size and a little private garden area to chill

only issue was breakfast and the manager getting a little rude
