Great internet for getting some remote work done, and the staff were lovely. Huge shoutout to the bathroom - it isn't ancient and actually works reliably, which is a rare win if you've ever stayed in an older Parisian home. The Eiffel Tower view was amazing, and the downstairs pool and steam room were a fantastic way to kick off the morning.
The AC was pretty weak! If you like your room freezing cold, prepare to be mildly disappointed. I get that it’s an eco-friendly, energy-compliant hotel, but in the July heat, lukewarm just doesn't cut it. An icy room would have easily made this a 10/10 stay.
On another note, I prepaid for some extra packages, but they weren't in the room at check-in and I had to ask the staff to bring them up. It wasn't a huge deal, though they did forget one item.

Fantastic view of Eiffel Tower from our bedroom (lovely surprise on my birthday). Really nice and friendly staff. Good food and drinks at the bar. Location perfect, easy walking distance to metro and tram, buses. Great fresh breakfast.

Location was good. Easy to get to the metro.
It was clean.
The room was very small. My partner ordered us some drinks from the bar, the member of staff behind the bar started making the drinks and then her manager told her to stop making them and that they won’t serve us because a large group wanted to check in. The manager didn’t even apologise.
