Perfect location for where we needed to be. Also allowed to check in at 12, which was very helpful
Only thing I’d say is that the body wash/conditioner was empty, so couldn’t clean properly.

The hotel is conveniently located
The lady at the breakfast restaurant is sweet and responsive. So is the lady at reception and the black guy at reception. Very nice and helpful
The room was dusty; airvents, hairdryer, extra pillows, tv remote…dusty!!
One hotel staff refused my request to pay for 3hrs late check out because my flight was later that evening. I had to book full day for the hours. On my return, my luggage bag had been tempered with
