Charming hotel in the little village of Le Sépey - clean and comfortable with a local feel. Very practical parking as well as good train and bus connections. Delicious Rosti.

The credit card reader failed on the day of departure. I did not carry cash to cover in Swiss Francs. I had to pay in US Dolars. This was difficult for both parties. The backup plan for a single credit card reader and for foreign guests was poor. I was offered to pay using a QR Code but was unfamiliar with that form of payment.

Breakfast was superb and the lady that served us was very nice and professional and made us feel welcome ,
Room was very spacious and surrounding area is beautiful.
When checking in the afternoon I did not feel so comfortable.
Staff were quiet and I felt out of place .
I would have scored this lower if it had not been for the lady serving breakfast in the morning.
