I enjoyed an incredible breakfast with a fabulous lake view! Beds comfy. Very clean facilities & check in staff were very accommodating
Train right outside window a bit noisy. Curtains would be welcome for bunk beds

Everything was perfect. Friendly owners, delicious huge breakfast, comfortable bed, everything's clean, near the lake and straight on via francigena. They also serve a homemade dinner (deliciooooous).

The building right on the lake and is about one mile (20 minutes walk) from central Montreux but it’s a nice walk. They also rent mountain bikes and stand-up paddles board.
It’s also close to the funicular that takes you into the Alps. *BEWARE THAT THE MONTREUX RIVIERA PASS IS ONLY FREE TO TAKE YOU AS FAR AS HAUTE DE CAUX STATION (this is five stops short of the top and it is €50 to get a return ticket to the top of Rochers de Naye)
It’s bland and could do with a bit more life. The food is bland because of children that stay there. Also there should be a check-in facility before 4pm.
