Beautiful room in renovated villa, some original features, very spacious room, close to public transport, access to all amenities at the Royal plaza. Had vegetarian meal at cafe Bellagio, was excellant.

We had a stop off driving from the UK to Italy. A lovely city to visit beautiful lakeside location.
I loved the combination of the traditional d property with the facilities of the hotel opposite which included a pool and lakeside bar.

Location was pretty good, walking distance from train and easy access to lake front. Balcony was a good bonus to enjoy a quiet drink. Great shower and block out blinds.
Check in was over the street at a more expensive hotel, not a huge issue but would prefer to be told of this in advance.
Property is old and tired, needs some updating.
Bed was hard as rock.
