Excellent location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Very clean.
The room didn't have air-conditioning, so it was difficult to sleep well the first night even with the fan running, because it had been very very hot. It cooled down the following days (20°) and this was not a problem - for those days I slept very well.
There was a kettle and mugs but no tea or coffee provided.

The suite triple riviera was a lovely apartment it was very spacious and had a double room and 2 single rooms. The two single rooms have a balcony which you can also access from your bedroom. You could also access the balcony from the sitting room to.
The kitchen had a hob for cooking and an oven. The fridge was quite large and also had a small freezer inside it.
The staff were really friendly and they were very accommodating if you needed anything.
Well situated not far from Freddie Mercury Statue.

Lovely traditional hotel situated in the heart of Montreux, just a few steps off the main road. We stayed overnight during the Montreux Jazz Festival.
We were kindly upgraded to a south-facing room with a view of the lake, which was a nice touch, although I would have preferred the room at the back that I had booked, as it must have been cooler at that time of year. As we were only staying overnight, it didn’t really matter. A fan is at your disposal.
The room was large and comfortable. The bed was firm, as were the pillows. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the shower had decent pressure. There are power outlets close to the head of the bed, although you might have to unplug the bedside lamp depending on the size of your charger.
Complimentary bottles of water were provided. The breakfast buffet is fairly simple but includes fresh fruit, and cooked options are available if you fancy them. There’s also a coffee machine.
If you are sensitive to heat, don't forget to draw the curtains as the sun hits the room at the hottest time of the day, and the shutters can't be used (at least the left one was blocked by a flower pot).

The bathrooms.There were no walls but glass,not ideal for privacy and the lughts will come on automatically if you use the bathroom,therefore the whole room will be lit for a while before it goes out.No manual control.Very inconvinient.
