We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Les Négociants. The location is excellent — close to bus stops, shops, the train station, and only a short walk from Lake Geneva.
The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and our room was on the fourth and top floor.
The elevator only goes up to the third floor, so we had to walk one floor up, but this was not a problem at all.
The staff at reception were extremely kind, helpful, and always happy to answer our questions. On our last day, they also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.
The room itself had a slightly old-fashioned style, but we actually felt that it matched the character and atmosphere of the hotel very well.
It is also easy to get from the hotel to Chaplin’s World, which we would definitely recommend visiting.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Great location, near the train station and the lake. Very easy to get to Montreux. Lovely restaurants along the lakeside.
The lady running the hotel was extremely friendly and approachable - greeted us with warmth and a smile.
Would recommend this hotel.
This hotel was as expected for a 3 star hotel. It was extremely hot whilst we were staying so it would have been good to have air con but can’t complain for the price!
