The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and went over and above. I left my purse in taxi on way to airport and the taxi man left it into hotel who then posted my purse back to UK. Unbelievably kind.
Only negative thing I can say is the pillows were too hard for my preference.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and professional. The pools are great, good temperature and clean. The gardens are lovely to wander around with large koi ponds.
We fist arrived and our hotel room was sold out so we were placed in a standard room for the diret night then upgraded to a suite for the last two nights. The suite was shabby, cracked floor times in the living room, ground floor and full of mosquitos. The bathroom toilet leaked so water was throughout. The shower above the bathtub was full of mould in the seals and the tapware was poorly maintained meaning it was hard to turn the shower Esther on or off. Non slip bath mat in the bathtub so you could stand in the shower was filthy and the large door tracks for the sliding doors were also poorly rusted which meant the door didn’t close completely (probably why the room was full of mosquitos). The breakfast buffet was not to our liking and anything other than black filtered coffee you had to pay extra for.
