Breakfast and location excellent.
Arrived approx 3pm, rooms were not ready. Had to wait a while, then was told our childrens room was a long way from ours facing a construction site. My children were very unhappy and not comfortable. Luckily I met a very nice man at reception who said he would do his best to move our children near our room. Very pleased with how he dealt with it and the lady who took care of things. The pool was far too cold in mid August. Alot of other guests were also complaining the pool is too cold which made swimming not ideal.

Very relaxing. The young lady on reception was amazing. The customer service was impeccable. Her English was great. She even allowed us to have an early check-in. She organised a beautiful private car and driver at a very good rate through the Motel.
I didn’t like that I had to leave and come back home😂 . I booked another Mercure Motel over in Sanur for my November stay and now I have been spoilt by this motel.

This property was lovely. Close to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was our room did not have a view of the pool and our room looked over a roof, blocking the view. This was apparently mentioned in the booking information on Booking.com but not clearly. I would have booked through a travel agent if it was made clear. Only bad thing about our stay.
The room I got through Booking.com which was not cheap - the most I have ever paid for a room in Bali.

The bathroom had a very large benchtop which was good. The pool view was good and included a sea view over the derelict/empty land on the beachside of the hotel. Breakfast was good, once you found out where they were hiding the pork sausages and the bacon.
Whilst located very close to Double Six Beach, the road aspect of the property faces a derelict hotel. Don't get a roadside view room - always book a pool view room.
There were very few poolside beds available. We went to the beach nearly every day because of this.
Why do they 'hide' the pork sausages and bacon serving dishes at breakfast? We didn't realise this and didn't find them until the 3rd day of our stay.
The cushions of the lounge chairs at the bar were very dirty. I mentioned it to the staff and they tried their best to clean them, but with little difference.
There was a lot of peeling paint on the main external walls of the hotel.
