Good location and services for a ski based holiday
Waiting for the spa pool. Maybe get a second one.

Very close to whakapa ski field. Restaurant on site was the win for us. Wine and dine with mountain views and just walk back to your room afterward. Had warm, comfortable beds. Also enjoyed mini-golf, several pubs and Four Square within waling distance.
The neighbours above us were very active from about 6:30am every morning, so we were unable to sleep in. Will request an upstairs room next time to avoid this.

Cosy, warm room. Comfy beds.
Tiny bathroom.

We stayed for 3 days the staff only made beds and didn't vaccuum the room even though we asked them. During one dinner meal at the resturant we were served partialy uncooked rice or it was few days old (it was inedible)we told the staff about at and didn't finish our meal, still we were charged for full price for it.
