I was staying as part of a conference at Ramada and could not fault the hotel staff who went out of their way to help the many delegates from 20 countries.
Showers are difficult for older people as no hand rails.

Hotel is ideally located being close to Galle Face Green and 5 minutes walk from the big shopping mall (One Galle Face). The hotel is comfortable, quiet and good value.

I was forced into doing a Tripadvisor good review. There’s a whole floor dedicated to smoking customers which smelled terrible and made the whole hotel a big ashtray.
