Hotel is located in a very good location and staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Ambience is very nice. Room service is too good. Breakfast provided in the restaurent is very nice and restaurant staff are also very supportive. The afternoon food menu can be improved a little better, However I liked the combo of srilanka rice and curries with chicken curry.
There is no specific point to dislike about the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. And the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
Some facilities could also be better maintained, and there could be more variety in the food and evening activities. Overall, though, the stay was enjoyable. Hotel needs some renovations …. Some areas

The location is very central. Has ample parking if you bring your own veichle. Has cafe in the ground floor so you don't have to run around just for caffeine. Also has roof top bar with a view.
The staff woke me up in the middle of the night to ask for payment as I extended my stay out of booking.com even after confirming with reception staff over phone and whatsapp that I would pay applicable rates. The breakfast is average with limited options. They charged for slippers which are listed as amenities in the room booking.com listing. They didn't fulfill dental kits everyday unless asked explicitly. The service was really pathetic.
