Great location and a good price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast slightly limited for vegetarian and vegan but still good.

A very nice hotel, with fully equipped wide rooms, run by very nice and available people. A very good breakfast, the nice plus of the rooftop pool, and a strategic position at a walking distance from some of the major points of interest.

We stayed at Lavonca Botique Hotel for 2 nights before starting our round trip in Sri Lanka! All staff members were really friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in very early in the morning to rest after or trip, which was amazing! The location in the heart of Colombo was also great and we were very happy with our expierience. Thank you :)

They didnt have an elevator. Pool is too small.
