Beautiful island with fantastic reef and excellent food, all the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, special mention to Jomshed who went the extra mile for us.

Amazing and breathtaking nature, being able to take the steps from your villa into the sea, beautiful coral reef, very friendly staff, nice facilities, ecological nature of the place, the convenience with getting flipflops, snorkelling equipment, life jackets, etc
Perhaps could have some days without live music at dinner to have a more calm atmosphere. But Arlene was great :-)

The reef. This resort is sitting right on top of a terrific reef that is easily reached snorkeling from your over water bungalow! Spectacular! We also took excursions to snorkel with Manta Rays and Whale Sharks. The Manta Rays were incredible, entertaining us for more than an hour. Unfortunately the Whale sharks were shy.
All the staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly.
Seaplane transfers are fun, but Centara's Seaplane transfer logistics were abysmal. We stayed in Male for two days prior to our stay. We were able to do the transfer anytime that day. Despite this, the resort was unable to confirm a time for our transfer until after 7pm the night before. OK. The time they gave us was 8:30am check in for a 9:30am flight. When we checked in at the airport, we were given tickets for a 1:30 pm flight! A total waste of our time and a horrible intro to the resort. While waiting for our flight at the seaplane port, Centara Marketing sent me an email asking how it was going? I gave them an update expressing my disappointment. I have still not had any response to my email.
Seaplane departure was a known bad connection. Upon arrival the luggage delivery service sent us to a paid waiting lounge for our initial 3 hour wait - probably the worst lounge experience I have ever had. This at least made our second 2 1/2 hour wait in the actual airport lounge seem luxurious.
