L’albergo è molto bello, curato e situato in una posizione centrale, comodissima per chi non vuole spostarsi con mezzi pubblici o taxi.
Il personale è stato fin da subito disponibile e attento a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.
Un ringraziamento speciale va al maître, il signor Mario, e a tutta l’équipe del ristorante e del bar dell’hotel, che con professionalità e cordialità hanno reso ogni momento ancora più piacevole.
Inoltre, l’albergo offre un bellissimo centro termale con trattamenti e percorsi dedicati. Anche qui abbiamo trovato uno staff estremamente preparato, competente e sempre disponibile a prendersi cura degli ospiti.
Per la nostra vacanza non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio: ci siamo sentiti coccolati da tutti e abbiamo trascorso due settimane all’insegna del relax. Torneremo sicuramente!
Forse da migliorare la comunicazione tra la struttura e gli ospiti per i servizi che vanno pagati extra .

Good location. Good breakfast choice. O.k. bed. Large pool with warm salty water, nice park all around. Kind director of restaurant. Tasty mozzarella on one of evenings, contrary to rubber like tasteless mini mozzarella given to us on arrival day and in mornings. Good choice of entry courses for supper.
Receptionist ladies were unfriendly or very unfriendly, we were not told that the hotel had agreement with beach with umbrellas, we got known at our own initiative day before departure only, room keys were al exhibited on desk in evening: take any you want!!
First day we were given cappuccino presumably from automatic machine which was undrinkable for an Italian taste. Next day I requested normal capuccino and got tasty drink. For supper we asked insalata caprese on day 0, i.e. mozzarella and pomodoro in essence and mozzarella was not eatable for Italian standard: rubber consistence balls without any sign of milk in them. It was unacceptable as in Campagna mozzarella is delicious and in fact on one of next days we got normal there mozzarella. Altogether those issues with cappuccino and mozzarella together with unfriendly reception ladies spoiled a lot and yield 6 of 10. Otherwise take care of pool water as at 19.00 when it gets closed personnel pours lots of some chlorine powder in pool they say to disinfect ... water gets white like when we clead WC with Clorox... impressive. I did not swim as I saw that... not a normal procedure in swimming pools in Europe.
Food for supper had little if any taste. Strange. I distinguish food taste well. This tasteless food though I met in many cheap hotels on Ischia. But this hotel was not cheap. Strange...
