The location was perfect, easy 5 minute walk from the train station/ shopping center. Only a 20minute walk from the main square. Staff was very friendly (via WhatsApp or email when I had questions). The aparthotel was easy to find from the check in email. Building and to be fair Kraków in general was very clean. I fell in love with Kraków this week. I will 100% be back and will choose these apartments again next time.
Only thing I would say was missing from the apartment was a full length mirror. Everything else was perfect.

It's basically a set of apartments in the new buildings almost in front of the city mall and railway station entrance. Surprisingly quiet. Clean, comfortable. We had a family apartment with a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen area. Everything was working and looks like on the pictures. Convenient self check-in process.
I would expect to have a few tablets for a dishwasher.

Location and price.
Not too well maintained, very basic. Wifi didn’t work at all. I didn’t bother to report it, because I was only sleeping there overnight. The curtains were too thin, the light from the street lamps was quite strong. I don’t think I would ever choose it for more than one night.
