the beach is amazing and the staff are super friendly especially the star of guest relations - Sana Hammadi who will make your staycation as easy and comfortable as you wish it to be.

It has a very nice beach.. the 2 bedroom chalet had direct beach access
There werent any sunbeds in the chalet as shown in pictures… when we asked the reception they said it is because it is eid… it didnt make any sense since we already paid triple price because it is eid.. with all the crowd in t$3 pool area we just wanted to sit in our chalet and relax!!! But no sunbeds to enjoy! The pool area were super crowded.. people on day passes were allowed to go in and bring their own food and made a mess everywhere… they used the hotel as a public picnic park and stayed until midnight… they shouldnt be allowed to bring outside food as the rules state.. they shouldnt not even be allowed in during peak days… all sunbeds were booked with groceries and noone sitting on them all day.. we couldnt find a place to sit.. the management should put an end to this mess…
