It was a great experience .. Would definitely come back.
The rooms were not fully soundproof, I could hear the people in the corridor easily. That’s the only thing but other than that it was such a great stay!

The night staff were amazing, the bell boys and all the runner staff were really helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, the decor and look of the place was gorgeous.
the day staff when we was checking out were rude, almost as if they were happy we were checking out. The service was delayed, we waited over 24 hours for towels, another 24 hours for an extra cup. I had to go downstairs at 4 am to remind them to provide towels.
