Allover good experience

Everything was good only the staff at billing desk were slow, would appreciate if they could be slightly quick so that if a guest has to check out and travel to Airport can be quick.

Not satisfied at all

The breakfast was really good that was the good part.

The staff was not receptive, The mini fridge of my room was not working we called atleast 5 times but no one came. I had to go to the reception to get them to solve this. Also no one at the reception informed about the pool timings. When we went the pool was closed.

70% Indians are non vegetarians. So don’t understand the concept of restricting your client to only 30%.

Hotel is rather well located if you travel for business, big entry hall and breakfast' area are clean and decorated very nice (also due to the flowers' compositions), elder staff at the reception is helpful, professional and pleasant to communicate with. Rooms are rather comfortable, there are enough space inside. Breakfast is tasty, you can find selection of fresh cooked indian bread there, pancakes, few fresh vegetables and fruits (good, but actually for 5 star hotel selection is less then normal). Wi fi in the rooms worked normal, no problem happened.

!!!! Firstly when came staff refused to provide us the room we ordered (we ordered the room with 2 twin beds, but staff wanted to give us the room with only one bed and add just the mattress!!). After some talk and waiting they finally found the room according to the type booked. But then we had to remind every day to add the towels again, there were just 2 hangers inside of the wardrobe, and, when asked, staff brought only the metal wire' ones, which are, honestly, normally used only for dry cleaning, but not to keep the costumes hanging. !! it is PURE VEGETARIAN hotel. So be prepared that you won't be able to find the normal breakfast as you expect from 5 star hotel belonging to the international hotels' group. I do respect the religious specialties of India, but it should be said somewhere in the hotel description here. Please, kindly mention it somewhere on hotel' page. !!!! I travelled with my colleague: after her shopping part of purchases were stolen from the shopping bag (we noticed that late because the underwear was packed into the box, then in the paper bag, and only before leaving the room we found it empty). And, finally, young boy from reception (unfortunately, i did not write the names to remember- we were checking out at night time) tried to cheat us when exchanging currency apart from the hotel' service fee. Many thanks to the very pleasant elder gentleman from the reception desk who was on due that night and finalized the papers for checking out- he noticed that point too and returned us the full amount.
