Location, and friendly staff

Parking / access can be a bit tricky if another guest parks poorly.

Lovely people and service in great location to the University while visiting our kids.

The lovely people and service was a highlight. The owners are just so nice and helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was tiny but that was the only thing, everything was super.

Perfect hosts and accommodation

The location was ideal, the hosts really welcoming and let us use their car park well after we had checked out. Everything was really clean and the beds super comfortable

Spacious room but drab and damp.

Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed, with a good electric blanket, reasonably quiet considering it's size and location.

A strong damp smell permeated the unit and the old fashioned wall heater was inadequate for the size of the room and was incredibly slow but never got warm enough. Later we found another better heater in a cupboard. This unit needs refurbished, dowdy and damp. Some of the lights didn't work.

oK but not impressive , and not cheap

parking very tight spaces. unable to park by unit because of parked cars obstructing driveway. not a biscuit or slice of bread to eat.

Comfortable & clean motel.

Facilities were spotless and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Cobb's at the station is a good local eatery ( take the car if you are not great walkers) varied menu, friendly student staff. The I robots taking out the plates of food fun to see.

It was situated quite a walk from Octagon restaurants passed student accomodation. We took the car after that.

Staff were friendly and happy and edecor was newly renovated.

The receptionist on arrival was fabulous and friendly. The location is good , as we were close to where our son is flatting. The decor looked to be recently renovated and was clean in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

We liked the location as it is close to the student area… and we disliked the location as it is close to the student area. Loud trucks in the early hours of the morning , but that’s to be expected right next to a main highway. We would have preferred a quieter room. The bed was comfortable but very small . Only a double. We aren’t small people. Two of the light fittings were loose on the walls, and the carpet and sofa looked like they could do with a good clean.

Would like a smart TV in the rooms but that's not a necessity. All other amenities were great.

The unit had lots of space and good facilities

The beds were like sleeping on concrete, even my husband who likes a firm mattress found them to hard.

lots of light. quiet. great staff that met us in the parking lot. very clean rooms. overall great feel, and superb comfort and stay.

lovely lady on front desk, lovely room, easy to find good value for money

the space in the unit was great, easy to get to town on main road

only minor thing was the bed was a double and a wee bit small for a big person

Lovely comfortable beds. Plenty of space for all of us. Very friendly service.

The bathroom was absolutely dripping after a shower - perhaps a bigger fan would help.

Excellent practical and well set out unit in excellent location.

Location excellent. Covid precautions sensible and appropriate. Very comfortable and practical for what we needed, well maintained, excellent cost Did not meet the staff in person, but appropriate with covid
