A super convenient and comfy stay

The studio was so quiet, tucked up into some green space out back. The bed was incredibly comfortable

Pleasant stay with all the comforts required

I did have a look for the sample bottles of moisturiser but there were none. It wasn't bad that it wasn't there, but would've been a nice touch

Fantastic stay

It's fantastic to be able to stay somewhere that is dog friendly and you still great a fantastic clean room The area had a little fenced off piece with grass, which was great for my little dude to do his business and me supervise from close by. Staff were lovely, and the heater was on which was a lovely extra touch after a long day of travelling.

Lovely warm comfortable space close to town

Really comfortable clean quiet unit with everything you need for a city stay. Beautifully presented and walking distance to town

Lack of hot water through the bathroom tap, even running the tap on full for ages the water was barely tepid

It was noisy. Lots of drunk students walking past at night and can hear lots of noise from surrounding units

Quiet. Close to attractions and facilities. Staff very pleasant.

Lack of a sink in the kitchen area - had to use the hand-basin in the toilet for washing dishes. Not the motel's fault, but the extensive road works and major disruption to footpaths made walking a bit more hazardous. (Especially at night!) Hopefully this will be rectified in the very near future.

Everything I needed for a work trip.

The room was clean and away from the road noise. I couldn't ask for much else!

The room was hot (I opened the windows as soon as I was back, until late into the evening to cool it down). I could see that on hotter summer days this could be uncomfortably hot). The people in the neighbouring rooms were noisy, but it was the start of the university year, so this is understandable.

Excellent motel. Would highly recommend it.

Elsie and John were such good hosts. Really really nice people. Great new laundry facilities and in the rooms there was everything you need. Beds were nice and comfortable and everything was within walking distance. Really close to town so we were very happy. It also has car parking.

Nothing I didn't like. There was a step up to the shower which may have been difficult for older people, but we didn't have any problem with it.

Good location, returned to property for the fifth time as reliable comfortable spot in Dunedin.

Excellent location, easy access to city centre and shops. Suit has lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of hot water, good pressure. Fast internet solid connection. Peaceful nights even though along main road. Retuned to property as reliable comfortable spot in City.

Shower a bit of an effort to climb into, variable hot water temperature. Sofa it quite hard with short back difficult to get comfortable. Parking is tight but good on road parking.
