The room was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioners were effective and the room temperature was good. Breakfast was very good and the kitchen even made us food that wasn't served at the buffet.
The receptionist that welcomed us seemed not too interested in explaining to us what amenities there are on the property. The sauna was not functional in the Spa section

The spa is pretty cool! Also the bar/restaurant and backyard are chill spots to hang out. Breakfast buffet was a decent value.

This a clean and well presented property, very pretty and distinctive in its style. Staff were nice, food was fresh and the location spot on for what we were looking for. My husband enjoyed the pool and spa facilities after a long drive. If it was just the two of us staying we'd have given it a far higher rating as it's a great hotel for couples.
The description of available features gives the impression that this would be the perfect hotel for our family with two active young boys, however when we arrived we discovered that kids aren't allowed to use the swimming pool and the kids menu wasn't available. This was further compounded by the rigidity of the restaurant setup where our suggestion that we might be able to have the kids eat a starter and dessert was rejected, so we had to shell out for full meals for all 4 of us which was pretty eye watering considering what the kids actually ate.
