The food was excellent, the hotel was well kept and clean
We were staying with our dog and the steep spiral stair case was tricky as was the parking and garden space which was across the road

Welcoming staff. And guided to our room. Nice outdoor area to sit. Close to restaurants in the area.
Room is small. But manageable. The restaurant is not for everyone. Ask questions first. We would have been happier at a nearby place.

The restaurant is not to be missed, amazing meal and lovely selection of wines. Charming decor and a lovely courtyard with an amazing huge kiwi tree canopy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Air con unit was extremely noisy (but very necessary in the heatwave!). The pool is not as pretty as the photos show (no parasols or cushions available, lose tiles).

The staff were helpful and the location was good and central.
Neither the restaurant nor the bar were open.There were no other clients and so the atmosphere was dead.My bedroom was rather narrow and uninspiring, although the bed was comfortable.
I am ready to believe that I was simply unlucky on the day that I chose to stay.
