clean room and very good bed. Excellente location. Personnel at reception very friendly.
Need to ask for air conditioning. We were not informed that we need to request for air conditioning to be started by the hotel personnel.
No coffee maker and only instant coffee available. Very cheap option for our days !

Location, you step out of the station and you are practically at the hotel, great stopover
It was extremely hot and the air con didn’t work very well, they kindly moved me to another room, but I realised the air conditioning system was poor and not efficient enough

Excellent location for transport, friendly staff, clean room. Great for parking your car for a few days then travelling by public transport. For those enjoying walking, Tours city centre is not far - about 35 mins walk via quiet streets.
Would be good to have more shops, in particular cafés and restaurants, in the surrounding streets.

Easy to find and good parking was available next to the hotel
No facilities on site plus none in the area when we arrived early evening. All the lobby bins were full and overflowing. Corridors smelt like cabbage. Room was ok. Nothing said clean or cared for and generally felt understaffed. We walked nearly 2 miles for food and drink
