They were super friendly with our dog and the room and bed were huge!!!!
The lifts! They are quite old and doors sensor wasn’t working that well, got me twice and doors wont open. Glad that I always go first and step in the sensor before going with the dog.

Really good! Initially we though the poolmwas a bit small, but actually it was perfect.
Uh, you could have explained the roadworks situation for the parking before we arrived. We drove around for 40minutes tyring to find how to access it, as we didnt realsie that hotel guests could drive into the closed bit of road. But thats a temporary thing I know

Central location
Old carpets along the hotel although the room was renovated. Room not well heated for the cold winter days. Parking available but very dirty. Some staff untrained, not knowing how to properly handle reservations and check out and not English speaking.
