The location is excellent - opposite the train station but you wouldn't know it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a good size and had good air conditioning which was great as we were there in a heatwave and lovely old shutters outside to keep your room cool. There was a varied and good selection at breakfast, but the breakfast room is quite small. A lovely brasserie around the corner for supper.
Be careful if you are travelling with a high vehicle or roof box and want to park in the underground car park opposite the hotel - it is not well equipped for this and only has a few spaces available.

Good location, took us a while to find the car park (it’s the one directly in front of the train station)
We stayed for one night on route to Bordeaux, looking for something reasonably priced. Good as a stopover would not have liked to stay longer, room smelt a bit musty
