Its location and the staff . Wilfred is superb
No aircon . The fan provided was very noisy .

The room was in the roof with the lift right outside however it was quiet and we didn't notice when it was being used.
The breakfast was simple continental style with bread croissants and meats and cheeses.
The location was excellent, a few minutes stroll to the cathedral and into town. The parking was in the grounds which we had booked in advance.
With the age of the property I found it fine.
