Superb location right next to the St. ANTONIO Cathedral and just about 10-5 minutes of walking from main old town atteactions. The room is neat, comfortable and very clean

Fantastic location, good value for money. Great breakfast. Secure gated parking. Helpful staff. Fantastic air conditioning (it was 39C outside). Nicely renovated.
Room at front of hotel was a little small. Good sized bathroom but tiny shower cubicle. Limited storage in room and minuscule desk surface. Only one chair in double room.

Great location next to the plaza/nice shops/restaurants/cafes, friendly and helpful staff, reception looks great, possible to buy water inside the hotel which is handy, cleaners make up the room very nicely. Looking from the outside, the newer rooms seem nice. Nice pillows.
We stayed at an older room, so maybe this experience does not reflect everyone else's. The rooms have no acoustic isolation, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway, other rooms and the street (including nearby construction work). The walls were stained and dirty from old age, for sure needs repainting. Air conditioning didn't work, and the room was very warm. Bed is not comfortable. Outdated room design and furniture. Don't think all of this aligns with the price charged. When we entered the room we though "well, this was a bad idea".
