Location and architecture/building history, cleanliness, easy access to laundry, simple breakfast provided and nice choice of coffee, private parking. The nice garden to sit to in the morning.

Stay is very close to st.antonys church (5 -10 min walk) which is great. Staff were super helpful friendly and kind. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was not included in price, but they provided light breakfast with coffee for 2 days (2 adults , 2 kinder). Last day of checkout they even allowed car parking extra few hours. Pam supermarket at walkable distance. For kinder we were able to buy fruits and food from there. Asked staff for map so as to not enter ZTL zone with car and staff guided us with screenshot of maps. Overall excellent and highly recommended.
