Had a one night stay here as we wanted to re-visit Cabana d'en Geli, an excellent restaurant located approx 15 minutes stroll from the Gran Sol.
Pleasantly surprised as the service levels & facilities at the Gran Sol which are excellent; Swimming pool is safe & good for swimming as it has a decent deep side that keeps the children out of the way!
Hotel has x3 restaurant's - we utilised menu del dia in the main restaurant which was excellent. We also had breakfast in the more informal restaurant. Good thing here is you pick what you want & pay which keeps the price sensible.
Staff were friendly, helpful & polite. English spoken if necessary.
Car parking off road both covered & uncovered, safe & well lit. Overall excellent value for money & would stay again.

We went to Solsona for a wedding, and the stay was great! The balcony and the view were the favourite part of it. Check out time at 12 was also a blast!
Noise from other guests on the corridors.
Room lights were not very strong.
