Wonderful breakfast with delicious jam and choices.
The lightning in the bathroom and room could be better and more cosy. Two lights in the bathroom would be nice.

It's a great place to stay, nice area outside with small cabins, trampoline and small football field. We love kids room very much. Kids from 3 to 12 were busy over two hours giving a free time to parents :). Breakfast was served nicely. Love it.
We have visited at the most hot week / day of the year - it was +37C outside. and we know the global warming is nearby. It would be great to have an air-conditioning in the rooms. :).

This hotel offers a strong strategic location—just under 30 minutes from Munich Airport, making it highly convenient for travelers. It also serves as an excellent base for regional exploration, including easy driving access to Austria.
One of its standout strengths is the breakfast. The quality and generosity are well above average compared to similar properties. However, if you stay longer than 3–4 nights, the menu can start to feel repetitive.
On the downside, communication may be challenging as staff have limited English proficiency. As an Asian guest, this created a slight sense of discomfort and a lack of warmth in the overall experience—despite the property itself having a cozy, home-like design.
The room is adequately equipped, but the layout, color tones, and a ground-floor location facing the road made it feel somewhat confined and less relaxing than expected.
Overall, it is a good hotel with practical advantages, especially for location and breakfast, though there are areas where guest experience could be improved.
