The location was fantastic, very central and walking distance to everything. The communication with the owners/operators was excellent. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

We could see the nails in the stair case and it did not give me confidence that it was very secure.

Good location. The kitchen was a good space. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

We had to turn the fridge on so it wasn’t cold at first. We had to turn the heater on so the room wasn’t warm when we arrived. There were no staff on site for check in, and they had forgotten to email a PIN code so we had to phone to ask what to do. The towel rail fell off the wall in the bathroom. The shower fell off the wall when my husband tried to alter the height.
