Out of the hustle of town, quiet, well laid out room, great size, furniture comfortable & kitchen well equipped.
The view - oh my! I wish we were able to stay longer & watch the world go by from our room..
The owner is awesome, had a great chat & he directed us to the Jolly Roger for tea- which was excellent. And only a 5 minute walk from the motel. (Apologies for not remembering your name) Thank you so much for your hospitality.
This spot is genuinely one of the best places we have stayed. We will definitely be back when we return to the South Island next year, for longer than one night.

Lovely location.Visit from mother duck and ducklings. Beautiful view.Very clean.
Shower too small. Electric blanket didn't work. Bed was like a deep freeze to get into. Neighbour parked car parallel to unit and made it difficult to get out. Suggest parking lines be painted .

The view is amazing there. The location is very peaceful and quiet.
The TV had SKY, which is a bit old fashioned.
