A great way to start a holiday in this beautiful region.

Delicious pastries warm straight from the oven.. such a treat.

I would have loved to try the beautiful old claw foot bath but was afraid my old arthritic knees would make it too difficult to get out!

A beautifully renovated old-style property in a perfect location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a very comfortable stay.

Very enjoyable stay in a delightful town, thank you.

Brilliant location and lots of character in the building. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle ride to the airport was excellent.

Parking was limited.

Nice place, handy location

Overall a great stay, the facilities were great, convenient walk to town, and although on a busy road it was quiet at night, would definitely stay again

Comfortable stay

Great location from the ferry crossing, we walked with luggage which was fine. Good restaurants close by. Good breakfast, friendly host.

No ensuite but had our own lovely bathroom but just needed to walk across the landing.

decor is early grandmother. breakfast was small fruit salad and yogurt. my husband loved the croissant.

Comfortable and well positioned for a short visit to Picton

Centre of town. Friendly staff

Nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the floor. Only two hooks for hanging clothes

Beautifully presented and restored cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely staff!

The breakfast (croissants) were amazing, the free upgrade was lovely and unexpected, staff lovely, whole cottage was so clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. Really appreciated the attention to detail and it’s nice to open a kettle in a bnb and actually find it clean!!!

The only thing I could fault was that the wifi details weren’t entirely accurate (the first letter wasn’t capitalised on the instructions, but needed to be, although I figured it out eventually!) The hot water ran out quite quickly as I was filling the bath, but otherwise the place was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay with all the extras.

All in all a fantastic stay. So many lovely extra details, everything had been thought of. The living room was fantastic, we were greeted with a glass of wine and snacks. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very generous. The staff were friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully done. The location is very central. Can highly recommend.

Perfect, would stay again

We stayed in one of the cottages with our two dogs, it was super cute and comfortable and a nice little lawn area for the dogs to go toilet. We arrived late off the ferry and we arrived to the heater on and the electric blanket on which was super lovely, wish we could have stayed longer

Comfortable and relaxing a home away from home.

Loved the house it was like a home away from home. Has so many beautiful extras like bath salts which prefect after long day of travel and nice bath Robes. Books to read and good selection of tea bags. Very relaxing. Very clean and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our family and friends.

A property with so much protentional. The breakfast was sensational.

Location Fantastic, Breakfast Fantastic, Communication Fantastic, Beautiful little treats and 2 glasses on wine on arrival a lovely surprise.

We didnt have enough hotwater for 1 bath which 3 of us shared and was only Luke warm. It was the bath that drew me to the property when searching. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable when having a look to see why as from the top it appeared beautiful i couldn't help myself but had a good look at the mattress which was extremely old and in need of replacing, the little fan heater should simply be replaced with an oil heater or one which can be left going over night and would be much more quiet.
