Estancia de ensueño

La infinity pool y su decoración con geniales vistas al valle de Ubud. El desayuno con cesta flotante en la piscina, la cama grande y cómoda, la decoración, la amabilidad del personal y lo buena que estaba la comida. Todo en general. De los mejores hoteles en que me he alojado.

Amazing stay just outside Ubud with beautiful villas with pool and forest views

Beautiful villas set in the hills, beautiful infinity pool overlooking greenery. All the staff are polite and absolutely lovely, we are a few meals at the hotel and everything was absolutely delicious!

Not much as everything was perfect, room has romantic lighting which is nice but my wife would have liked some brighter lights for doing make up but not a big issue at all.

BEST VACATION STAY EVER!!❤️

This was our first stop in Bali and it really set our expectations high! It was the MOST beautiful and amazing stay I’ve ever had. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. They genuinely just want you to be happy and enjoy your stay. The rooms we had were beyond what we had expected. The layout is so unique, it’s and inside outside style, we had a kitchen , tv room, dining room Sitting areas and a private pool The views were breath taking. Rana (the director) was very helpful and friendly. He always made sure to greet us and ask how our day was. The staff really made it feel homey as well. Dian often brought us our breakfast and sorted our room out and she always brought a smile to our faces. The hotel provides free breakfast. Afternoon tea and a shuttle service to the town. All your request are made through QR code and they had many options for food and drink at VERY reasonable prices. We also were able to rent a scooter through the villa which was handy to have. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. If you are staying in ubud you’d be silly not to stay here. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable🥰❤️

There’s nothing to dislike it was paradise.

Luna di miele…con le rane!!!

La villa era davvero stupenda per come era progettara. Ottima cura dei dettagli e bella vista sulla foresta

L’assenza di un vetro a protezione del bagno e di tutta la zona soggiorno. A parte la stanza con il letto, sia il bagno sia il grande soggiorno sono totalmente all’aperto, in mezzo alla giungla. Ne consegue che andavamo al bagno con timore. C’erano sempre almeno due rane in bagno e persino un serpente, oltre ai tanti insetti, alcuni grossi e rumorosi, sia in bagno che nel soggiorno. Il personale si impegna molto a limitare il fenomeno ma se non mettono dei vetri a chiudere queste zone la villa resta assolutamente inospitale. Avrebbero dovuto scrivere molto chiaramente dell’esposizione di gran parte della villa e del bagno a rettili e insetti.

Wow!

I love everything about the stay. It was private, picturesque and the service was perfect. I normally dont come back to the same hotel but I think I might need to with this magnificent grande.

Love everything! The service was exceptional. Nothing was too hard or too much and they always do things with a happy face.

Ubud is a place of many people but at bidadiadri you feel very much removed from all that. Beautiful

Fresh and local fruits. Nasi goeing and many other breakfasts to choose from. wonderfully prepared and delivered to the villa.

Not really anything wrong. One of the best for a private romantic getaway. The massages are worth the walk!

Exceptionally good staff

The location is serene and lush, tranquil so good for relaxing. The staff is 5* stars, very professional, they are going to take the extra mile for you, really the best staff I have encountered until now. They fulfilled our every request promptly. Breakfast is very good and abundant, the best hotel breakfast that we had in Bali.

I really had high expectations of this hotel due to its 5* star and the relatively high price. I was debating about writing this review, but I think it's unfair to other guests to highlight only the positive things. So our villa's bedroom smelled of mold. The musty and damp smell is so strong that it penetrates everything in the room, the pillows, your hair, skin and even clothes. It was so bad that I actually asked the staff to solve it, they kindly tried everything from air freshener, linen and bedsheet changes and even cleaned the AC. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the smell. I'm really sorry to write this review because the staff really tried their best, even the director came to apologize which I'm very thankful for, and he offered to stay in another villa for some of the remaining days which was eventually better. Thank you Mr. Rana! Anyways, besides this a good hotel with exceptional staff, but I wouldn't stay again.

The Concept away from the main city quite and serene over looking a jungle

If aged people are travelling then book the presidential villa only other wise you have to climb hundreds of steps

Wonderful stay with pool and the view of the jungle .

Beautiful villas right in the jungle so serene with the traditional feel of Bali. Staff so lovely and always very helpful going out of the way to help,very welcoming and very kind. We had lovely stay and would definitely return.

we loved everything. Beautiful view , nice and well maintained pool, outdoor shower and bath, all nice. Staff was so helpful and quick response. they have free taxi to UBUD center which was super nice. Breakfast had various choose and tasty.

Excellent stay

The honeymoon villa was excellent, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We did the flowers in the pool for a special occasion and it looked great. Great views, great food and just overall a really excellent stay

The only little thing that could be improved was the taste of the espresso martini.. but the mojitos were very good.

Privacy and cleanliness is something we liked. Staff was helpful and welcoming. View from the room was amazing.

Stairs to reach the room and spa room. Toilet can be closed as it’s closer to the plants and hence fear of insects is there in the night.

Staff was friendly and approachable. Villa was huge and with ample of space. Great view too. Breakfast was great!

Villa is a little run down. Outdoor arm chairs had lots of spider webs. The outdoor floors are always so dirty with ants crawling.

The villas are gorgeous. The pool view is just amazing. Heavenly views. The edge pool is just amazing. Very beautiful villas. The staff is very helpful and kind. The butler service totally rocks. Food is delicious and served to perfection. Everything about this place is excellent.

Some things need a bit of renewal like the cushions were quite faded.
