Location was amazing and I enjoyed a sunrise walk each morning with a coffee on my way back to the unit.
Our family live in Shelley Park so location was perfect
I thought the cleaning could have been better. We appreciate its an old facility and dust and grime does build up but could have been more attention paid to detail.

Really quiet, comfortable beds and had all we needed for our 2 day stay. Really appreciated that our dates could be moved at the last minute when we had a medical issue and could not travel. Great communication, no problem and so accomodating. Great location to go to Waiheke Island for the day. Bus stop a short walk that takes you right to the ferry terminal.
The room was very heavily perfumed with strong air freshener on arrival. Overpowering and set my hayfever off. I spoke to the manager and on servicing the room the next day, no further spray was used which I really appreciated. Thank you. No other issues with the room.

The location is excellent
It is very old and run down, water stains, broken windows, wallpaper peeling, windows that don’t close or seel properly, stains on chairs.
