We highly recommend four points to anyone who is looking to stay in Auckland city. Expedia made the booking process very easy. First ever time staying here and we received lovely service, staff that was very cooperative with changes, the food was amazing and to top it off we got to enjoy drinks at their breathtaking roof top bar. My partner and I were very happy.

This was a last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
We had a corner room which was well laid out and very comfortable.
Everything was new and clean and we will definitely plan to stay again.

Excellent hotel. Wait staff in Queens Head were great. Kamrul greeted us daily, brought barista coffee just as we liked it without asking us after first day. Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. I would return.
