Amazing place. The view from balcony is skytower which is pretty amazing. The tower is lit up in the night. It’s even visible from the bedroom. Very spacious and easy to checkin
It maybe a new zealand thing but there is no free parking onsite. It’s always a paid parking right in-front of the property.

Close to everything right in the city had everything we needed in our room loved that we could do our washing was very quiet service was great
The car park terrible and the bed was slightly too hard falling through the gap

Location great, right next door Te Paepae theatre and Sky City. A nice roomy laid out apartment . Loved the church bells on Sunday morning, and mostly the perfect view of the Sky Tower.
Had to fix the toilet seat - wing nuts just needed tightening. We didn’t experience any issues, just creating awareness City Mission is across the road.

Too much homeless, and the room seems a bit run down, the water did not come out properly
