Throughout our 9 day stay at the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Booking in was quick and efficient. Rooms were clean, spacious, air conditioned and well equipped for a very comfortable stay. The breakfasts were very tasty and catered for all dietary needs. I definitely rate Hotel Grand Chancellor 10/10.
