Very centrally located hotel 3 minutes walk to Piazza Duomo and directly opposite the Alibus airport bus stop. Helpful and welcoming staff. Large, functional, bright and clean bedroom/bathroom. Good breakfast buffet, proper cappuccino and lovely rooftop area with tables.
The only slight downside to be aware of is the hotel is on one of the upper floors of a historic palazzo so a lot of stairs to climb on entry/exit. But keep going - it's worth it when you get there!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the city center. The staff is friendly, polite, and attentive to the guests' needs. There is a great breakfast served on the hotel terrace with a wide variety of choices, which is quite rare in Italy.
Old building in need of renovation. Poor sound isolation, street noise and neighbors through the walls can be quite disturbing. Bringing earplugs is highly recommended.

The location is excellent. The breakfast on the rooftop is a bonus. The staff were wonderful. They helped us get a taxi to the airport, held our luggage for the day. They even have a bathroom and shower you can use with amenities after you check out.
The walls are quite thin. It’s an old building. No issues the first night. But, there was a family with small children that were quite loud next to us one night. No fault of the hotel.

Location and staff were great.
Air conditioning was not strong enough, probably due to the size of the room that was giant!
