Was a nice stopover

Was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately some of the lights did not work which meant that you couldnt find things in the bedroom or read a book both in bed or on the lounge. I didn't want to call maintenance in the evening because there was a possibility of fees. Everything else was great

Nice and Convenient

I liked the apartment, spacious, very convenient and close to food shops as well as shopping centre. Clean facility and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay

No aircons in the bedrooms, only in the main area. 2/3 of the fan remote batteries were not working. The couches are due for replacement as the plether looked scabby. Wish they had an information booklet in the apartment showcasing things to do and eat around Towoomba.

Great location.

Really uncomfortable bed, hardly slept at all. Terrible smell of bleach on entry. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink looked like it had been wiped out rather than truly cleaned. Toilet roll holder broken. Our hand towel was sopping wet like it had been used to wipe up the sink or floor?? We had to go down and ask for milk and teabags as these hadn't been replenished. Tried to watch a YouTube music video but the TV kept turning off after 3-5 mins. We reset it 3 times but it kept doing it. Totally bizzare! This was the 3rd time we'd stayed there and it's got progressively worse. Even the location won't make us stay there again.

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to our course venue.

Bathroom not clean. Signage to parking not visible. Unable to locate any detail on how to access parking from the listing on Booking.com.

Unclean and unhealthy...a health department issue for sure

The location is central to the clients I meet with. The room was extremely poor in that it was not clean.

The room was dirty. The chopping board had mould on it, the bath was not cleaned, there was a persons hair in the cutlery draw, and the basin was dirty. I approached reception and was told that the Managers knew about it BUT made no effort to contact me or apologise.

I was told upon arrival that I didn’t have the penthouse suite I had another suite even though I booked penthouse suite.

room I booked was the penthouse suite. there is no penthouse suite and we got a regular 3 bedroom suite. no televisions in the rooms

Clean and tidy and very comfortable bed.

Room was lovely and quiet and nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very lovely and helped with all needs. Would definitely stay again.

Room was a lot smaller than I expected, from pictures I thought it was bigger. I thought from pictures when I was booking that Room had a lounge chair of some kind. Was a little disappointed. Price was a little high for Room size. But bed was very comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet. Great location, close to Major Shopping Centre & shops. Secure undercover carpark. Staff were great.

The 2 metal poles in-between the swipe access to get into carpark. Upon existing carpark, had to reverse my car to get out as it's a tight turn & luckily the boom gate went up to allow this to happen.
