Location is great for where we wanted to go. The room was minimalist but spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice shower. Plenty of storage space. Microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge. Instant coffee was a disappointment but they left cream in the fridge which was thoughtful. There's an undercover carpark for $15/day, which was good for us. Within walking distance to Ruthven St. Check-in and out was straight forward, people at the reception were friendly & helpful.
Feedback for improvements: At check-in, maybe advise guests breakfast time and the wi-fi password. Also, having one key per room is inconvenient, especially because we each have different activities to do & places to be. The carpark needs some signage to the second level. We saw big SUVs going all the way to the end of the first floor before realising it was a dead end. With the size of the cars people have these days, maneuvering can be a challenge. Last but not least, it needs to be made clear that guests get a $30 credit for breakfast (unsure if it's per person or per room) and when you order more than that, you have to pay extra. When guests book a room "with breakfast", the expectation is that they'll get breakfast and not have to pay extra for it.

Security. The key cards are really only used for room entry. Anyone can enter the lift and access any floor.

Paying for parking, although uncovered free parking was available across the street.

Location of the property was great and the cleanliness was good.
Paying additional for parking, and no laundry facilities was a downfall. 2/5 days there I had to park on the street because no one was manning reception so I couldn’t access the carpark.
