Was nice, but the room was very underwhelming

I did not ask for a quiet room, I asked for a pool view, there was never a response to tell me if we had this or not. the freezer compartment had no door, therefore, ice up and dripped on our food, floor, fridge would not shut

It should not be allowed for customers to save sun beds and then go out for the day, The base sound coming from the kitchen/cafe was aweful. As it was self catering, I would have hoped for a chopping board, sharp knife to cut? complementary clothe, washing liquid. However, the male who cleaned around the pool, and the glass was very good, very clean, and very good at his job

good value for money, perfect location for trips by car all around the island, quiet resort

the location, everything needed,nearby, helpful and kind receptionists, quiet resort

always occupied sunbeds without people for a long time, the furniture, floor tiles, shower and the entrance door worn out

Lovely and great value

Stayed in superior rooms and apartments were excellent, had everything we needed. Loved the location. Couldn't beat the value for money.

Balcony floor had a tendency to get a bit dirty, likely due to the wind at night, but everything else was spotless. Some days the pool got a bit busy and it didn't seem like there were enough sun beds for everyone.

Had a really relaxing stay which was what we were looking for.

Happy with apartment, nice and clean, airy. Pool good for swimming lifeguard on duty for a few of hours daily. Poolside cafe handy for drinks and breakfast if you wanted. Close to beach 5min walk and shops. supermarket 2mins away. Big Market on Saturday and Tuesday 10min walk. Use of empty apartment to leave cases and book a time for showering if you had a late flight home.

This was our second time back and enjoyed our stay.

Very good

Very nice complex right in the heart of Caleta de Fuste. Spacious apartment with plenty of room and a lovely terrace that had the sun all day.

The room was cleaned twice in 10 days. The towels were never changed the whole time we were there. The shower was advertised as having a glass door, it was a shower curtain... The bathroom flooded everytime you had a shower! The complex is quite large and we were furthest away from the one entrance onto it. Maybe they could open some of the gates dotted around?

Lovely well-furnished flat close to the sea

Lovely well-appointed superior flat, with good furniture and all you might need. Clean and very close to the beach and to many restaurants and supermarkets. I loved the terrace on the first floor which was great for breakfast in the sun. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this flat.

Just the lack of air con , even if it had a pay as you go system in the apartment that would have been ideal.

Everything it was clean staff were very helpful and location brilliant.but room very noisy due to laundry truck early in the morning .we would go back again but we would like ground floor .
