Great value for money

It is located in the middle of building materials market, but subways and all great attractions are super close. A lot of food options are closed by, so i recommend the location.

Overall it was great, there was not much storage space for a long stay, but it was ok

Really comfortable and the price is good.

The room is very clean, walk to chungmuro station exit No. 8 is just need 5~7minutes and Euljiro 3 ga station is just behind the hotel, moreover the convenience store is very close the hotel.

The lights in the room are too dim and cannot switch off one on one.

Enjoyable stay convenience location of the property but Front desk staff should go for training

The room my family got for our 8nights stay was very big and spacious. Very thoughtful to have water dispener and mircowave to on all floor. Very convenience as Hotel PJ provide shuttle service to the major location and even location of the property is walking distance to the subway and there are alot of convenience stores around. Highly recommend this place

Front counter Staff should improve in their customer service. I have better customer service in other property around the world.

残念❗️❗️だった。

予約部屋は予定通り爽快でした。

フロントに日本語のわかるスタッフが居なくなった。シャトルバスの巡回回数が少なくなった。旅行の相談員がいなくなった。コロナ以前は毎年宿泊していたが残念❗️ 今後は宿泊先を考える必要ありか？

Lovely and comfortable hotel for my first trip to South Korea.

Very spacious room for a group of 3 people. I booked this hotel because they offered 3 single beds and a special Korean style sitting area. Toilet and room facilities are clean. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and warm. They also ordered taxi for us with the known fee, so we know how much we are going to pay. That is very helpful. The taxi driver was a lovely friendly Korean who could speak Mandarin which was a present surprise. Will definitely book this hotel in future.

All in all it was a good stay, but I won’t be coming back to this accommodation because of how we were treated, I would

I really liked the location because the train and bus stops were only 5 minute walks, and I also very liked the convince store and Pizza Hut in the hotel

Even though we were whispering we were called and told that we’re disturbing other guests, this happend a few times, but after the first time we always whispered but there were still complains, don’t welcome guests when we’re not even allowed to talk in our room and threatened to be thrown out after the next noise complaint :(

Good hotel for good vacation

I loved the staff at the lobby, and especially the man who help us with our luggages when we arrive and even the cleaning ladies, really nice. It was nice how they always put pack my Ryan Plush on my bed ! The room is really clean and modern and the view on N Seoul tower was so so so good ! The location between 3 subways station and not far from Myeongdong Neighborhood is really nice and cool for tourists. We also have some markets and palace not that far from the hotel. You can go there easily for your vacation !

Good location.

AC was not working, I went to front desk to ask them for help since I could not sleep at night because of it. Staff told me the AC is not supposed to be on in the whole hotel meaning it was intentionally off, when I asked what I could do then he replied to open the window, which of course, did not help. That impacted a lot on my sleep since it was warm and I was literally sweating during the night. Also staff did not give me the proper piece of information about taking the bus to the airport, I was told they only take cash which led me to exchange more money in order to pay for it, however the moment I got on the bus It was clear you could pay with T-Money (which is a card you can use for metro/bus/ convenience stores). This is not the cheapest hotel you can find, so if I knew this AC situation beforehand I would've never booked my stay there.

The value for the room we received was great and were located near many of the tourist attractions where we could easily Uber or take public transit.

The location is top. Near the shopping street, subway and center.

If we want to have breakfast, staff are really unfriendly. They couldn't speak english. If i want to have a baby highchair, they said i have to take it by myself, while i have a Baby. Very unfriendly. 10Am they said almost get out. Ve

The location is convenient and can connect to two different subway stations.

Communications with staff could be an issue if you cannot speak Korean.

Great stay experience.

Very close to Chungmuro station. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is great. Water is provided in room and in hallway. Very close to Myeongdong for street food experience. Seoul tower and Gwangjang market are within 3 KM radius.

Toilet floor is still wet when we checked in with some hair strands on the tub.

happy with my stay as is not easy to find hotel with baby cot/baby crib. big room with balcony, great for family wit

clean, big for family with infant or toddler as they have baby cot. about 5 to 6 mins walk to the metro station(Euljiro 4-ga station). if you wanna visit gwangjang market it will be exit 4 or 5 which is convenient too. And if you are hungry at night there is convenient store call CU.

Comfy beds and pretty convenient location

Beds were incredibly comfortable, bathroom was nice and the desk / vanity table was a nice addition so we could get ready in the morning at the same time without being in each others way. The restaurants and 24h convenience store directly below the hotel were also super convenient!

The hotel is really nice, but it's a little overpriced in my opinion. We got a 55% early year discount which was very, very nice, but I do think the price we paid now was a good value for the room we got. The room and hotel were very comfortable, but I personally wouldn't pay the full price they normally ask. Also, not the hotel's fault but just to be aware, we have encountered multiple rude workers at the convenience store that's 'attached' to the hotel, simply because we didn't speak Korean and didn't understand what they were saying to us and lashed out because they got irritated. So aside from that, if you can get a good deal, this hotel is really good and definitely worth checking out!!

the website is just a lie . this hotel has nothing no shuttle only on Friday ! I spend $2000 Singapore ! I need a reply

I had an issue I book for triple sharing end up paying extra for quad room booking. com I’m really disappointed with the booking this is my 3 rd experience always never honer the booking. I paid additional 400$ they kept us waited so long where else let others check in early ! staff so unfriendly dnt even bother about our issue & I have kids with me no consideration at all! I’m in the travel industry & very disappointed with the service. not friendly at all the have shuttle only on Friday ! when approach them with any enquirers don’t know!

The location is good, 3 different metro station is the same distance in 3-4 min walks. The room for one person it was more than enough.

At receptio staff english is limited. Breakfast compare to other hotels with the same category is a little bit poor. There are selection, but somehow limited.

The staff provided excellent service, the breakfasts were very good, and the hotel was well-appointed. It’s also in a very convenient location for sightseeing.

I found the mattress to be a bit too soft.
