Property was in a good location. Very close to the subway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my luggage for a few days when I travelled to Jeju.
The rooms and bathroom were quite small and felt a bit cramped. Bathroom could have been cleaner

Very spacious, although the hotel is quite old, it is clean and well maintained. There are shops on the ground floor, which is very convenient for getting food and drinks. The location is excellent, with a public transportation station nearby.
The toilet (bidet) was not working properly.

Location was good, the 4 choices of breakfast were good and interesting. I liked my traditional Japanese offering.
The room was very small, I know its Japan, but this was very small - should have booked a larger one if available?.
