More clarity about the use of the bottled water would be nicer. And some more english speaking would also be nice

It’s location and you can find a lor in and around the property. The decoration also, very luxurious.
The jacuzzi is not powerful at all or did not work. They didn’t tell us at the front desk that we had to leave a credit card to so they can charge anything of the services of the hotel that we wanted to our room. So at some of the services we ask for we felt like not important guests by some of the staff and we paid immediately.
